I received my Elkelb the other day and have a question about Selective Lobotomy. It is Mental 1, while the Elkelb is Mental 0. So the Elkelb cannot take the upgrade. Is that correct? Is this a misprint or am I missing something?

This is correct. The mutations which came with the Elkelb are only for a wider variation for all Askari models
