Didn't know where to post this so I went for this area.
I received my first Eden miniatures late last week, and when I opened all my new toys I realized some parts where missing.
Specifically both cards for the Mutant Critters and Ashton's left arm. who shall I contact about getting my missing items?

For any missing parts and/or cards, contact Taban directly (sales_at_taban-miniatures.com, see in Contact), and he will ship you the missing things as soon as possible
Yeah I did, now I'm just waiting for some sort of response from them.
Does it usually take long time before they respond? I've not heard anything yet!

So it's been over a week since I sent Taban the first mail about my missing parts and I still haven't heard anything.
Is any of them active on this site so one can reach them here, I do need my parts.
Saw Taban today and he assured me he sent your missing parts, so normally it should be OK

So it's been a month since my initial post, and about three weeks since you said Taban posted the parts.
Still haven't got any parts, I don't want to be whining about it but should it take this long?
I just wanna finish my toy soldiers ^^
