Still no response to either message I have sent, do the Taban staff even monitor these forums? I realise they've been on holiday but this is a bit frustrating. I'll try again.

Berf usually checks these forums quite a lot, but I believe that he's on holiday, currently.
Did you email the sales -address?
I do symphatize, mind! But take heart that the problem will be fixed - here's hoping that it will happen ASAP!
edit: just came home from work and the part had arrived.
