I've emailed the sales@taban-miniatures.com address a couple of times about some missing parts but I haven't had any kind of reply. Is there another way of contacting someone who can sort it out other than making an expensive international phonecall?

We were closed 3 weeks in august, but I dig up your message now.
Please send me your shipping adress by PM or mail at sales@taban-miniatures.com, I will ship the missing part to you (shoulder exhausts of the Daymio if I am not wronged)
The ronin face on the starter box is different of the casted model, no part is missing there : our sculptor wanted to change it before the master was sent to the caster !!!
