Dear Taban Team,
last week I wrote an email regarding my order from you.
Order ID 1611
1 x Campaign Kit : Drosystin's Bayakoyé
On 13.03. I got an email from you telling me that my order has been shipped.
But I never received it.
Today is the 27th and still no sign of my Order.
Please answer to this , I would like to know what's wrong and if I will ever see my order.
I already tried to send yo a mail but both of your contact addresses produced an undelivered message, so I chose to post is all up here because I don't know what else to do.

Taban is very busy these days, with the last wave and the upcoming Salute, so I'll let him know your problem through phone, it will be more effective

Wow thank you that would be very nice, I already thought about that myself, but since my French is de facto non-existent I dismissed this idea quickly.

Talked to Taban today, he told me everything was in order after a little problem with the first package.
If nothing happens by next friday, keep us informed
