RE: The Hord
Broodmaster is indeed a tad gruesome for my taste (what is he doing with that poor torso?) but the Beastmaster looks great. I especially like the ravens - a great touch IMO.

Resistance is non-futile.

RE: The Hord
I'm a big fan of these guys, always wanted to run a horde of fierce beasts and this is such a good way on fitting them into the game as a playable faction. Also, the Brood Master has rocketed to my top-spot for favourite Eden model Big Grin

Will the other fierce beasts that do not have a 'minion' card be getting them? Most importantly the Dominant Lycal! Hopefully he'll count as 'dominant' in regard to other lycals too? I like Lycals Big Grin More Lycals please - pups and mothers! I want to be able to run a pack of Lycals!

RE: The Hord
Hi Berf

I just picked the Broodmaster starter and Flesh master up at Salute and am very happy with my purchase so far. Two questions for you:

1. Are there other mission and tactic cards to use other than the ones you describe above? They seem fairly limited compared to the other factions. Are there genecric mission & tactical cards to use as well as them?

2. Does the Flesh master's ability to cancel out SP effects on Hord models also cancel out the Brood master's too?
...oh and...the Scavenger mission...how many times can a fighter devour a single Dead Body Marker? Does it increase with the base size?

RE: The Hord
Welcome to the wonderful world of the Hord!

1. You can use all mission and tactic cards that don't specifically have a symbol of a different faction. So yeah, feel free to use the generic ones.

2. I believe so, yes. Flesh Master is in that regard a bit of a two-edged sword.

Resistance is non-futile.

Ah, missed that one.

The way I read it, you can eat from a dead body as many times as you like with as many models as you like (though only once per round per model, naturally).

Resistance is non-futile.
