Capture missions

Hi again. This one came up in my game last night.
One of my fighters was taken prisoner by the ISC using the "Capture" mission card. At the end of the game he had taken my model into his deployment zone to gain extra VP's.
My question is, would i get VP's for that model being in his deployment zone as my mission was "Retreat to the contaminated zones"?

I would tend to say no.
Your fighter being prisoner, he is no more under your control

If you strictly apply the rules, yes, he will count for both missions.

But we have to add some extra details about this 'special' missions, including that a captured model cannot complete victory conditions.
