Hey, I'm quite new to Eden. Only 2 games under my belt.
But a few questions came up during these games.

Hope you will answer them.

Leo:
-There is a wounded stat by CBT, but no red points next to it. Can he be wounded and how many reds should he have?
-Can he be appointed leader? This seems like a odd question, but since I'm playing with a bunch off wacko's this came up anyway.
-In 'the big fight' mission, can he score VP by incapacitating enemy fighters?

IBC:
-Does only the IBC count as a scenery element that blocks line of sight/ can't be crossed, or the watertank as well?

Tempus Fugit:
-What's the point of this card? It seems a bit of a waste of SP.

NPF:
-Can NPF's be damaged by hostile terrain? It makes a big difference in the 'sacred hunt' mission.
-Do I get it right that some NPF's like the Mireling and Necrovorous are only allowed once on the field? Or is it one for each player? The last seems a bit strange considering you may place up to 3 lycals (4levels each) and you have a maximum infestation level of 3.

Rage:
-'May' I remove a rage counter or 'must' I remove one during the intendancy phase?

I hope everything will be clearer with my answers.

Leo:
-There is a wounded stat by CBT, but no red points next to it. Can he be wounded and how many reds should he have? He has no reds, there's no mistake. But he can be 'wounded', by special abilities (Olya's or Jumasosi's for instance)

-Can he be appointed leader? This seems like a odd question, but since I'm playing with a bunch off wacko's this came up anyway. Yes, he can be appointed leader. And yes, you would be pretty crazy to try it

-In 'the big fight' mission, can he score VP by incapacitating enemy fighters? No, he can't. The same stands for any Mission where you score by incapacitating enemies.

IBC:
-Does only the IBC count as a scenery element that blocks line of sight/ can't be crossed, or the watertank as well? Only the IBC counts as a scenery element, the watertank is a regular objective marker (so he can be crossed and doesn't count as an obstacle for shooting purpose).

Tempus Fugit:
-What's the point of this card? It seems a bit of a waste of SP. It's a good way to force your opponent to play, but it depends on the Missions. More effective toward the end of the game, when SP are desperately needed. A good card for the ISC, since they can have more Tactical cards and prepare different tactics accordingly.

NPF:
-Can NPF's be damaged by hostile terrain? It makes a big difference in the 'sacred hunt' mission. Yes, NPF can be damaged by hostile terrain, be it a piece of scenery with the 'Hostile presence' special rules or a Contaminated area (for the NPF that aren't mutants).

The last seems a bit strange considering you may place up to 3 lycals (4levels each) and you have a maximum infestation level of 3.You are quite right, if a NPF doesn't have a special ability stating he can be present more than once on the field, then only one player will be able to 'use' him. And the maximum level of Infestation isn't 3, sorry if the rulebook misguided you there, that is just an example. You can either agree with your opponent on the level (1 to 10 generally) or choose it randomly (roll a D10 or each player roll a D6 for example). Or play the 'Sacred hunt'

Rage:
