Are fighters "within X cm" of themselves?
This question was sparked specifically due to Yellow Shinigami's ability, but pertains a more general phenomenon.
Degeneration (action) (2 SP, 1/round) All fighters within 10cm of the Yellow Shinigami suffers a -1 VIG penalty until the end of the round. Does Shinigami itself get the penalty? Resistance is non-futile. |
