That is actually a really good question. No one amongst my usual opponents plays Convoy, so it hasn't come up, but that does indeed sound a bit strange.
I guess I would allow the Conveyor player set up a reasonable amount of terrain but naturally "reasonable" is very subjective. Resistance is non-futile. |
