Tournament Procedure
Could anyone enlighten me about the procedure suggested for tournaments. I am planning our clubs tournament schedule for the year and would like to include Eden in it. Is there anything we have to do / not do etc.
Thanks in advance for any help.

RE: Tournament Procedure
Hello !
I'm glad you apreciate enough Eden to plan a tournament !

For tournaments, at the moment, In France, we are doing this :
- 100 pts, no army change during the tournament
- each mission can be played only once per tournament
- tactics are choosen at the begining of each match (like the leader)
- about 1 hour per match
- painted minis (at least bases)
- register your tournament on T3 http://www.tabletoptournaments.net/ (it allow us to get some stats, etc.)

But feel free to adapt these recommandations.

RE: Tournament Procedure
We are playing a mini-tournament this weekend too.

We will award 3 tournament points for each win, 1 for draws, 0 for loses, and the VP will be used in case of equal tournament pintes. How do you see it? How do you do it?

We're doing the same.
3/1/0 points for victory/draw/defeat and the Goal-Average is determined by the difference of VP for each match.

RE: Tournament Procedure
Thanks for the help, I have only one real problem.
Bearing in mind that the tournament software does not seem to include the United Kingdom, what should I do about that?

I'll ask an admin.

Spain is also not included. If you ask an administrator, can you tell if he can include Spain?

This weekend we have the first Eden tournament in Spain, it's only a test, with no more of 6 players. Next month, we hope to do a real tournament with 8 or 10 players.

Thanks.

RE: Tournament Procedure
The answer (for UK and also for Spain) is : If you know someone motivated to be admin for this country they should contact us (I can give the e-mail by PM).
Otherwise, there won't be T3 in UK and spain (and I won't blame you for that, of course) Wink
