Sijugana's Abilities
Can someone just confirm if the abilities on Sijugana's card (and possibly others) can or can't be played if he is engaged in combat. We couldn't see anything to say he couldn't in the rulebook, but with all the other games we play we are so used to psi/spell casters not being able to do so when in combat.
