If I have a Convoy troop of Luther (Conveyor), Hildegard (Guardian), Mark (Tracker), Liesl (Tracker), Gretchen (Tracker) and Louie, does it count as being "mostly" composed of tracker type fighters?

Yes, it does.
The 'mostly' refers to the number of fighters, not their combined costs.
Also, note that Liesl is both Tracker AND Conveyor, so be carefull when you select her Wink

Thanks everyone. I wasn't sure if 3 out of 6 was considered "mostly" or if it would have to be 4 out of 6.

I didn't spot that Liesl was both Tracker and Conveyor!
